Seeking a Dynamic Business Development Manager

We are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager on full time basis in our London based office. Your role will entail duties mainly involving focus on delivering growth through our business in Heart of London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new customer acquisition growth by making outbound calls to prospective businesses using our CRM.
• Provide bespoke solutions that meet customers' needs by selling our products.
• Build future sales by managing a pipeline of prospects through customer relationship building and market awareness.

To succeed in this role:

• Be commercially aware and able to deliver profitable proposals that meet internal guidelines.
• Understand how to drive cost of revenue and margins to achieve sales targets.
• Have a proven track record of commercial success in sales or similar roles.
• Be organised and self-aware, consistently following up on leads and planning ahead.
• Strong IT skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Drive and commitment to exceeding targets.
• Knowledge of the Jewellery industry.
